Affiliate/Reseller Program Information PopUpSentry.com provides generous commissions of 30%-50% (depending on the sales volume generated) to companies and websites reselling our award winning Pop-Up Sentry product. There is no contractual commitment to sign-up, nor any fee associated with becoming a reseller. How it works Simply direct potential customers to our site using the provided links which will include your reseller ID information. When users purchase the software the sale is immediately credited to your account. Users are free to download a 30-day trial of our product to ensure that the product works for them, and you will still get credit for the sale when they purchase after their trial. Our unique technology does not rely on cookies staying on the users machine, as most users do clean their cookies often. When a user clicks the purchase link within the product, the link is automatically coded with your reseller ID, and you will receive credit for the sale. We will often provide a "coupon" that allows your purchasers to save 5%-20% on the purchase price of the product as an incentive for them to purchase. Payment Terms and Frequency All payments are made monthly within 30 days of the close of the previous month. The minimum payment amount is US $50.00. If your commissions do not exceed the minimum, you will be paid during the pay period when the commissions reach the minimum amount. If you close your reseller account, you will be paid the balance within a 30-day period. We offer a 30-day 100% unconditional money back guarantee on our products; any refunds for purchases credited to your account will be deducted from the next scheduled payment. Promotion and Marketing Guidelines Sample marketing and promotional materials will be provided for you. You are also free to create your own materials that best suit your site. We do allow promotion in newsletters, but we do not allow promotion in spam or unsolicited e-mail. If you are reported for spamming we will terminate your account immediately. Tracking your sales, traffic and downloads We provide a secure affiliate login to our tracking system where you can track the number of sales, refunds, traffic and downloads for your own reseller account. You can also utilize our tagging system to track how each of your specific ads or promotions are performing for you. Who can sign-up?
