12. UPDATES. You grant Smart Sex Browser permission to add/remove features and/or functions to the existing software and/or service, or to install new applications, at any time, in its sole discretion with or without your knowledge and/or interaction. By doing so, you agree to the terms of the new applications.
13. SERVER INTERACTION. You understand and accept that when the software is
installed, it periodically ommunicates with a server operated by Smart Sex
Browser and/or third party servers.
Spyware applications are responsible for any number of potential privacy violations including, but not limited to tracking surfing habits, monitoring computer use, retrieving sensitive or personal information, and assisting adware in serving targeted advertisements.
Many spyware applications send the data they retrieve to a remote server. Some spyware applications serve ads based on the data collected from a user's PC. |
